Appointment of Nicholas de Abyndon, king's serjeant-at-arms, John le Luttle, Robert de Furneux and Geoffrey Horn to arrest John Pypard, clerk, John de Bukeden, prior of Wylmondele, John Mayn, Alan de Skernyngge and John le Spenser, who as has been testified before the king and council have attempted many things very prejudicial to the king and his crown, which if allowed to proceed will not only be to the king's prejudice and the subversion of laws and the rights of the crown but also to the manifest lesion of ecclesiastical liberty, and bring them at once as honourably as may be before the king and council to answer touching the things which shall then be laid to their charge and to receive as the king and council shall order.By C.[1]
