The Robin Hood at 591 Cheetham Hill would seem to go all the way back to 1794. It closed some years ago. In recent decades the pub changed its name to Firdowsi, then the New Robin Hood (Hotel).[1] Early in 2010, when it was still in business, it was a local forum member's suggestion for the "Roughest Place In Manchester".[2] Template:PnItemQry
