Thoresby Hall, which was rebuilt in the period 1864-75, has a wooden mantelpiece in the library with carvings of a scene from Sherwood Forest, dominated by the Major Oak, and with statues of Robin Hood and Little John on either side of the fireplace. Template:PnItemQry
