Loxley Gardens.
By Henrik Thiil Nielsen, 2020-06-18. Revised by Henrik Thiil Nielsen, 2021-01-07.
Given its location on the southern outskirts of Barnsdale and the present of other probably Robin Hood-related place-names in the area, it seems likely that the name of the short residential street Loxley Gardens was inspired by Robin Hood's alias. The houses on Loxley Gardens are all of fairly recent date, so a 20th (or 21st?) century date seems likely. Both ends of teh street connect with Park Drive.
