To Robert de Loxle escheator in Surrey and Sussex. Order to remove the king's hand and meddle no further with the manors of Colle co. Surrey and Codelawe co. Sussex, saving dower to Eleanor who was wife of John de Arundell knight, and delivering up any issues thereof taken; as the king has learned by inquisition, taken by the escheator, that at his death the said John held the said manors of others than the king.[1]
