For Do

The work by Philip Morant is entitled The history and antiquities of the most ancient town and borough of Colchester (1748).

It has also been published under the title: The history and antiquities of Colchester in the county of Essex. ... Selected from the most approved authors by Philip Morant.

There are a total of at least 13 editions/printings (see WorldCat). None are available at the Internet Archive.

The text at English History Online is from: Great Horkesley: Introduction', in: A History of the County of Essex, vol. 10: Lexden Hundred (Part) including Dedham, Earls Colne and Wivenhoe (2001), pp. 219-223.

Evidence

Both Harrod and Strutt should be retained as Evidence (and Primary sources) even if Morant's book or (editions of) MS sources is/are located, for they help pinpoint the exact location, or rather they would do so to someone who knew the lay of the land, had access to old maps and had sufficient knowledge of local history. They are of primary importance in that respect.
