Robin Hood Street in Nottingham runs NNE from Bath Street, becoming Beacon Hill Rise after a couple of hundred meters. It is located in a neighbourhood where a couple of other Robin Hood-related palce-names are found. It may have been the inspiration for them. See Robin Hood (Victoria Park) place-name cluster.
