The short cul-de-sac named 'Robin Hood Street' on the west side of Cheetham Hill Road, immediately sourth of 591 Cheetham Hill Road, in Cheetham Hill, Manchester, is first recorded on O.S. maps dating from 1922.
The street must have been named after the Robin Hood on the corner of Robin Hood Street and Cheetham Hill Road.
