The Robin Hood in Durley Street, Southampton, is first recorded, as far as I know, on a 6" O.S. map of the area published in 1871, where it is labelled "Robin Hood & Little John". Two later 6" O.S. maps omit the pub's name, indicating only "Inn" (see Maps listed in section below).
