Ivanhoe Terrace, No. 11 has as blue plaque on the front wall noting the name of the builder, Robert Chaplin / Google Earth.

Ivanhoe Terrace on South Street in Ashby-de-la-Zouch was built 1822-26 to provide accommodation for visitors to Ivanhoe Baths, which opened in 1822. Terrace and spa were both built by Robert Chaplin.

The earliest references provided in the English Place-Name Society's volume covering Ashby-de-la-Zouch are trade directories from 1877 and 1925.
