Cedric Road is one of a cluster of eleven, mainly residential, streets with Robin Hood/Ivanhoe-themed names in Kirk Sandall. As can be sen on a 25" O.S. map of the area published 1930, the road had then been planned or was under construction. It is named on the map. In Ivanhoe, Cedric the Saxon is the father of Wilfred of Ivanhoe. Template:PnItemQry
