At the last court it was ordered to take into the lord’s hands ½a. of villein land of the
tenement of William Typetot [1], because Peter Robhood sold it to John Ermite
without leave. At this court Peter Robhood and Catherine Robhood, his wife, she
being duly examined, surrendered the said land to the use of the said John, to
hold in the same form as above, fine 12d.[1]
