The first pledges of William Josse amerced 3d. because they did not have him reply
to John Robhood [1] in a plea of trespass; ordered to appoint four [new pledges].[1]

The John Robhood concerned in this entry is the first of that name known from the court rolls. One of his sons was also named John.[2] Lock's brackets.
