Licence, for one year, for the commonalty of the town of Plummuth to take from their port 2,000 cloths of colour and 2,000 packs of cloths of the counties of Devon and Cornwall to Gascony and Spain and other places beyond the seas subject to the king’s lordship in the south and west, to trade with; and to buy with the money arising from the sale wines and merchandise and bring the same to England to make their profit of.
