Beatrice formerly wife of Richard de Colley seeks against Philip Damysel a third of a rood of meadow in Alvirthorp as her dower which fell to her after the death of Richard. Philip says that Robert Hode de Neuton surrendered the meadow in the lord's court to be held by service by himself and his heirs following the custom of the manor, and summons Robert to warrant concerning this.[1]
